GFZ – Successful Personnel Services for more than 30 Years

Our company GFZ was established in 1991 by Uwe Dahmke and Jürgen Beese. Since the 70-ies both founders had been active in the management of globally operating personnel service providers. Ronald Holzer also held management positions in this industry and was involved in the success of GFZ from the very beginning.

All three gentlemen were active in building teams of highly qualified, comprehensively trained specialists in the field of services for power plants. These team were mainly deployed in the following areas: Building, construction, maintenance von gas-, coal and nuclear power plants.

Our company GFZ was always focused on the specialization of our workforce in order to achieve maximum benefit for our customers. Our staff was and still will be trained intensively, be provided with specialized medical examinations and further on permanently qualified. We care for the necessary security checks as well as for an adapted safety training. Especially our employees were trained and qualified for working in nuclear power plants.

Our experienced staff, familiar with international conditions was and will be supported by a well-organized back-office team.

In this way, GFZ developed into a specialized supplier for globally operating companies in the field of power plant technology and plant engineering. Reliability, flexibility and moreover the seamless integration in project execution were and are the focus of our company policy and the entire workforce. But this successful concept resulted in a considerable number of our employees being taken on by our customers. In the meantime some of these former colleagues hold executive positions in these companies. Our company GFZ as well as our entire internal and external staff were and will be trained and certified according to the prescribed legal standards and norms.
